My problem is that this path does not exist on this Mac (the article is almost 4 years old) the closest I could find was ![]() I have a mac user that got this issue and I found an article that mentioned deleting all contents except logs in this folder ~/Library/Containers//Data/Library/Application\ Support/Microsoft\ Remote\ Desktop/ On the windows computers, there is a registry fix that requires deleting this listing HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing and then they are usually good to go. We have an occasional issue where when a user tries to remote desktop to one of our terminal servers, they will get an error saying 'no licenses available'.
